Occasionally a clothing item may be unavailable due to factory backorder. We will attempt to provide the best possible brand, color and fabric match (through a substitute product, if necessary), in order to expedite the order. You will be responsible for frieght charges incurred by backorders.
Contact customer service department via phone, fax or email with specifications about your custom order (size, paper stock, quantity, number of colors, changes, etc.). A Western representative will contact you with a quote within 24 hours. There may be an over/under run on custom items – approximately 10%.
We will not be responsible for errors you discover after an approval is given via fax, email or verbally by phone if you inform us to go ahead without providing proofs. Printing begins when proof is returned. All reprints will be done at customer expense.
Orders are shipped standard ground via United Parcel Service (UPS). Other carriers may be used; check with a Western representative when order is placed.
Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day (domestic or international), are available at an additional cost. Please note that some items may ship from different warehouse and may bill separately.
Credit will be issued only on merchandise that is unused, and is in the original packaging. Merchandise to be returned must be approved and accompanied by the name of the Western representative contacted. You may not return any items after 30 days past our shipping date. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all stock items. Custom or imprinted items and embroidered clothing may not be returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return stock merchandise and sample clothing.
