This simple, but straight forward, mission statement proved to be a recipe for success, and Western Printing eventually expanded into the fulfillment industry when they accepted their first client, Super 8 Motel, in the 1970′s. This led to almost instant and remarkable growth, and it was during this period that August stepped down as CEO and his son Joseph took over. For the next decade Joseph grew the product fulfillment arm of Western Printing by working harder than the competition and consistently producing the best product. When Joseph stepped down and his eldest son, Steve, accepted the position of CEO, Western Printing’s impressive portfolio had expanded into a leading provider of e-commerce.
